Our submission was envisioned as a destination, an object to be discovered.  A light, a lantern in an otherwise dim and anonymous alley.  The construction would be composed of prefabricated wall panels, that would be assembled and erected on site.  An outer shell of random wood strips would give the object a rough, organic feel.  The interior would be lined with translucent white polycarbonate.  Being lite by LEDs, the interior would have a bright, smooth surface reflecting the sky above.
